At Seneca Village Montessori, we are committed to providing flexibility for our families. We offer two enrollment options to meet your scheduling needs:
10-Month Program: September to June
12-Month Program: September to August
This structure allows you to choose the option that works best for your family.
Payment Options
One Full Annual Tuition Payment – Receive a 5% discount
Four Quarterly Payments – Receive a 3% discount
Monthly Payments – Choose from 10 or 12 automatic installments
Multi-Child Discount
2nd child: 10% off annual tuition
3rd child: 15% off annual tuition

*Our Early Bird Program is from 8:00am – 8:30am and is $200 a month.

Enrollment Requirements
Families are required to make the following payments:
- $200 nonrefundable registration fee

Nonrefundable tuition deposit equal to one full month’s tuition
This deposit holds your child’s seat and will be refunded at the end of the school year or applied as a credit toward the next academic year.
*This deposit is waived for families who qualify for childcare subsidy programs. - $200 materials fee
No child is considered officially enrolled until all deposits, completed contracts, and required records are received.
By enrolling, families agree to pay tuition in full using one of the payment options outlined in the enrollment contract and to follow all Seneca Village Montessori School policies and procedures as stated in the Parent Handbook and Enrollment Contract.
